This Action, Culture and Service adventure designed specifically for West Island School Hong Kong, takes us to the North Island of New Zealand. Little Brown Kiwi will take you to places well known to international visitors, such as Rotorua, but we also have the pleasure of being introduced to more remote places which Kiwis hold in high regard for their own adventures!
Challenging students at West Island from Year 9-13 through a variety of action, community and service based activities on the North Island of New Zealand this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for HK students to experience true wilderness and live aspects of another culture whilst promoting our students as global citizens. Students will take part in adventure highlights that will create life-long memories. Students will challenge themselves and extend their comfort zone while at the same time leaving a positive environmental footprint in the pristine New Zealand environment. |
The week in New Zealand will be filled with opportunities to experience a variety of cool activities, take part in bone carving, be involved in a cultural exchange with the indigenous people of New Zealand, visit Hot Water Beaches, complete hikes through the beautiful and historic Coromandel Peninsula and sea kayak down some of New Zealand’s very best coastline. For those seeking an adventure in a beautiful new environment!
