As the pace of life accelerates in the 21st century, the pressures and expectations on teenagers and young adults are growing exponentially. They are faced with the responsibility of choosing what seems right for their health and well-being. More importantly young adults need the skills to balance work and play while nurturing mind, body and spirit. Teenagers today, are increasingly plagued by the early effects of stress and cumulative stress injuries to body and mind.
These carefully chosen activities aim to provide students with the skills, strategies and instincts to make smart choices for their mind and body and to nurture resilience and strength of spirit during difficult times. Activities include:

There is a focus on health and wellness options that are relatively low cost and available locally in Hong Kong.
Students are required to have at least $100 on an Octopus Card for use on public transport. In addition, students must bring with them $100 (in cash) to complete the Eat Right Challenge in a practical supermarket context. We are unable to include this cost to the overall payment for administrative reasons. |
